Easy Vegan No Bake Granola Bars



These chewy no bake granola bars are the perfect quick and easy healthy snack! The perfect snack that includes carbohydrates, protein & fats to keep you fueled and satisfied throughout your day.

Ingredients

· 1 Cup Nut/Seed Butter (Almond, Peanut, Sunflower) 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup · 2 Cups Rolled Oats · 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds · 3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds · 2 Tsp Cinnamon Optional Add Ins

· 4 Scoops Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder · 3 Tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips

· 3 Tbsp Dried Goji Berries, Raisins or Cranberries · 3 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds or Crushed Walnuts · 3 Tbsp Sliced Almonds


Directions 1. Add the almond butter and maple syrup to a large bowl and whisk untilc ombined. 2. Add the rest of ingredients on top and use a spoon to mix everything together. 3. Add your granola mixture into a lined dish and pat down firmly with your hands 4. Place the baking dish in the fridge and let cool for 1-2 hours. They will firm as they cool. 5. Slice your bars into any shapes you'd like. I like to slice mine into 10 granola bar shapes but you can slice then into squares or bite sized pieces!
